Dear Parents,
Week 13 & 14 Cards are posted in the Learn From Home 2020-RF Workspace. For the last two weeks of school, the students continue to be asked to read for at least 30 minutes a day, complete a Learn From Home Reflection and work on a Virtual Memory Book. In math, the students will be working on Algebra (determining the missing number in equations in a Slide deck) and identifying Fractions in a Zorbit's Math Adventure assignment. Students will also continue to work on 3D Geometry in an assignment in Prodigy. Finally, the student will have the opportunity to try out several STREAM (Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Art, & Math) activities with an emphasis on Religion! Students continue to be encouraged to explore the Virtual Classroom in the Workspace (an online learning environment).
To stay connected, have your child continue to add their thoughts, ideas, and creations to our Class Padlet: "Be Community" added to our Workspace, have them check out our Virtual Puzzle!
We will have our last Class Check-In (Google Meet) on Friday, June 19 at 11:00 am theme/topic: Virtual Bingo (we had so much fun last time, the students voted for it again)! I will email the invitation (link for the Meet) to the students on Friday morning.
