This Thursday, (June 13) is our outdoor Field Trip adventure to Saunders Farm! We're hoping the rain that is forecast for Thursday will change as the trip is rain or shine! All students from Kindergarten to Grade 3 will be traveling by bus leaving the school at 9:30 am and returning back to school between 2:30-3:00 pm.

*Our school's Learning Commons will be closed starting June 3rd for class book exchange so that year-end inventory can begin. Please return all Library Books as soon as possible.


Please see the link below for exciting information regarding our outdoor Field Trip adventure on Thursday, June 13 to Saunders Farm, located in Munster Hamlet. All Primary Students (Kindergarten to Grade 3) will be traveling by bus leaving the school at 9:30 am and returning back to school between 2:30-3 pm.
If you are interested in volunteering, please write a quick note in your child's agenda. We have 3 volunteers so far, we require 2 more volunteers for our class. All volunteers will require a Vulnerable Sector Check from the Ottawa Police.  Volunteers must be able to meet us at Saunder's Farm as there will be no room on the bus. There is no cost for students and volunteers. Primary Field Trip

Week #35

Image result for way to go!This week we continue to write the Provincial Assessment (EQAO) on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.  I am so impressed with the growth mindset the students are demonstrating during this assessment!! 

Please consider the following tips to ensure success for any assessment:

º During the testing period, make sure your child has adequate rest and is well nourished.
º If possible, don’t schedule any medical appointments for your child during the testing period and ensure their attendance on those days.
º Reassure your children about the testing and address any concerns they might have.
